We're planning to roll out a lot more cups over 2016 and we need more admins for this! Currently generic cups only have around 5 people who ever administrate them. We need a lot more so that people don't get burned out, from EU and NA.
Some of these will be on Razer, so you'd have to learn that format. Some would be through challonge and just organising stuff on irc/discord etc. Need trustworthy people who have time to commit to the tf2 scene by helping out shitters who can't tournament properly.
Must have a sense of the balance between dictator admin and not being so relaxed the tournament is 2 hours delayed. These tournaments would be run on Sundays most often, but some weekdays as well, and would require your attention for hours at a time. You would also not be able to play in these cups. You also don't get paid!

I'd be willing to help out as an admin for the tournaments. Seems like something I could do pretty well. I've been looking to put more time into helping the tf2 scene grow and by helping with tournaments I can help the scene grow.

I'm interested. I don't know what sort of info you want, application-wise, so I'll just say some stuff. I've been participating in TF2's competitive scene for about a year now, so I'm basically a small child compared to other people in the scene. Lately I've been interested in getting more involved on the Admin/Technical side of things, but I wasn't sure where to start looking. I'm willing to learn any sort of tournament system that is thrown at me. I am pretty good at computers, and I program for a living. I did tournament organizing in college, but that was for robots and not e-sports. I've also been a moderator for FirePowered for about 6 months, so I guess that's a thing.
Also I love burning my free time, and I hate getting paid. Put me in coach.

Also got two people in eu interested. It's useful knowledge btw, good to get experience now if you're interested in any event management or running cups yourself.
