None of our players have that option.

Hang on, it turns out wrech doesn't own a monitor or something.

So this is a little late for this tournament but if someone could help me out to understand the interface I'd appreciate it. Our team schedule on the razer site has 4 games on December 5 scheduled, and I found out tonight that we had 2 games we had to forfeit. They show up on our match history, and I'm guessing we have 2 games next Wednesday as well, but I can't view them on our match schedule. Where do we have to go to view our matches for this tournament specifically, and what exactly are the matches on our schedule for if they aren't for the tournament?

The matches on December 5th are for the top 16 teams in the playoffs. There are matches every Wednesday starting at 9:30pm and 10:30pm EST respectively, which are scheduled right before due to the Swiss system.

Check the Schedule tab on the main tournament page to see all of the schedule.

I run a pug team that plays with different members every time and has 2 leaders (me and trap) This team was basically made to take advantage of being able to be on multiple rosters at once and giving a team to people with inconsistent schedules.

I understand this thread was probs to get more teams to join, but I've slowly been picking up stragglers along the way and making a sizeable roster. We ended up forfeiting today but if you want to join my team to play some meaningful tf2 then add me :). Wednesdays are tough for people and if youre available then you'd probably play.

it was kind of disappointing to have to play an invite team because we got a ffw. not sure if there would be any way to account for ffws in the scheduling system but it would be nice

That's just how the Swiss system is designed - a win is a win no matter whether it's a forfeit or legitimate win, so that teams that do get a forfeit aren't screwed over. The first few weeks in a Swiss system without accelerated pairings are also usually very unbalanced like this, and you should get much better pairings in the weeks ahead (similar to ESEA/ETF2L).
