This week ever since ESEA client updated I have been unable to join the match servers. It shows that I am joining the server, but then it gets stuck on the "retrieving server info/map loading screen". It doesn't get any further than this. I have uninstalled client and reinstalled, didnt do anything. Any suggestions would be helpful.
Update: While client is open I am able to join other non-ESEA servers, but freeze at retrieving server info/sending client info for ESEA servers.

Idk enough about the client to solve your problem, but when I was having client issues I went to the FAQ on the esea site. I think I saw a similar problem there.

Contact esea_reload or submit a ticket. Those will be your fastest way of dealing with this.

have u tried just waiting? when i join esea servers i get stuck at retrieving server info for about 5 minutes then i load in

Yes the other night I waited literally 30min and it didn't do anything.
