Fire^what is that steam skin ? :o looks like metro for steam but not in black ~

It is metro, I just changed some colors to match. If you want these colors edit
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\skins\Metro for Steam\resource\styles\steam.style

And change the lines near the top to this

    Header_Dark="0 44 59 255"
    ClientBG="0 31 40 255"
    FrameBorder="0 44 59 255"

Or whatever colors you want
