Here's the deal with hbox, he is playing to win and he has to play this defensive style because the fox match up is so hard, it's pretty one sided in neutral and unless he hits rest or his opponent screws up its very hard for puff do do much.
And he isnt always like this, he always has some crazy rests and stuff in him, just watch evo last year, he is also one of my favorite doubles players to watch.
