im pretty sure as long as youre tolerable and can commit to things then age isnt even a problem

also if youre playing hl theres no need to have 2-3 mains and even in 6s theres no need to offclass

and you should probably do tryouts for people instead of just listing a bunch of requirements and hoping for complete honesty by letting them join your group if they think they follow your requirements

That can happen at any age. look at axiomatic

We will contact using Skype. If you don't have Skype, download it, it's free

i would not recommend using skype, as the delay on voice is terrible, and it's an awful platform for creating a team communication environment. most teams use Mumble for communication, since the delay is minimal, and the server-based connection system is much better for a team environment (skype is more suitable for 1 to 1 call style communication.)

you would have to rent a mumble server for this, but most server providers give a free mumble server with a gameserver rental, so it shouldnt be an issue

Spaei dont have any money to spend on games and ive never had problems with skype

if you dont have money how are you planning on getting a game server in the first place?

and trust me skype is doodoo for teams, since there's no opportunity to chill with your pals or hang out outside of matches. it also drops calls a lot (and its harder to get someone back into a call than into a mumble), and often lags voice when there's a lot of people in one call.

if nothing else, you can get a lower quality mumble server for free, or ask to use a channel in someone else's mumble server, and it would still be more useful and convenient than skype.

I don't mean to discourage you, I'm sorry if I did at all. Everyone was new once, just stay committed and you'll do well and have fun, whether you end up leading a team or not.
