Murray's been on the defense pretty much the entire match. He's hitting some great defensive shots to stay in it as much as he can. He's not really touched Federers's serve though. Fed's doing what he normally does, waiting till the 9th or 10th game and blitzing the returns to break. Crazy for a guy who's almost 34.

Yeah it's funny how Federer had ended up serving first each set. Definitely an advantage. Murray's serving a bit better in the third. Maybe he can make something happen.

A result of

What has been surprising me this tournament is how consistent Federer's serve has been. The past few years he seemed to have lost that all important final 1-5% of concentration which makes the difference between a winner and a great player. But this Wimbledon, it's just all there again. The only thing he will have to do a bit better on Sunday is positioning himself at the net with a bit more cover down-the-line. Fingers crossed.

Seriously this was an incredible match. Murray got 70% of his first serves in and won 50% of the points on his second serve. He also had more winners than unforced errors. But Federer just went full God mode and won anyway. What a match.
