yeah the same thing just happened to my boyfriend's account. looks like it hit a random number of users. nobody else on my friends list seems to have the issue. yeah delete's account doesnt exist either. looks like its on steam's end. hopefully it'll fix itself soon. one suggestion said to remove clientregistry.blob from the Steam directory but that doesnt fix the problem.

I had the same problem, I had to restart my computer to fix it.

I've had a similar issue where Steam has decided that my account doesn't exist. I was unable to log in or view my profile. That was about a year ago, I've been fine since.
