Can't connect to specific mumble server

So one of my friends is having troubles connecting to our teams mumble server. They can connect to all other Mumble servers, but can't even see that our server is up and there's no users listed when there's other people connected.

Nobody else is having a problem connecting to this server. We have tried the direct ip as well as a url redirect. This is a problem as of today, and there was never any issues prior.

I'm the mumble admin so I can assure the user isn't IP banned.

Any help is appreciated.

Edit: #4 solved it.

Is he putting the port correctly? I know I've switched two numbers and wondered what's wrong for a good 5 minutes.

Probably similar issue I had at one point where I couldn't connect to some mumble servers because they pretend to be down when they were actually up. Possibly try using cmd with the commands, ipconfig /release and then type ipconfig /renew. That way, you will be flushing your DNS so that might help refresh his connections.

Hope it Helps!

Yes, definitely. Like I said, it only started happening today. The server has been in their favorites. Thanks though.

From what I'e experienced, you can copy paste the IP but not the port. Maybe it's that.

Yea I've noticed this issue too. Quite frustrating when trying to send another leader your server info.
