Heyo, tf.tv.
So, recently, since i've installed new nvidia drivers (version 344.75) i've been getting a lot of problems, like differently colored lines on my screen while playing/not playing any game. I just had the same problem right now, when typing this. So, i'm asking for any stable video drivers for my nvidia 460V2. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advice.

What operating system are you using? A lot of people have been saying tf2 is unplayable with the newest nvidia drivers on linux systems.

probably 344.11,
but i have no experience with your card myself.
i'd try a more specialised site like overclock or tomshardware.

you could also try out the newest beta (347.09).
i've read good things about it, despite it being beta.

be sure to perform a clean install! :)

I haven't had any issues with any of the drivers recently. I'm currently using the beta drivers that Bucake mentioned without any issues.

You could try updating to the betas, or rolling back to the previous version before you were having issues, but if nothing changes and you keep getting the problem with the lines, it might be your GPU dying.
