Hmm guess ill have to be more specific

Will this card be able to keep a solid 60 fps with games or is there a better card i can get in this price range? If so can you give any suggestions?

Literally any decent video card will get you a constant 120 in TF2 while using an fps config ASSUMING you have a good CPU. IIRC enigma uses like an 8800GT or something pretty old, but still gets a solid 240 fps with an overclocked i3/i5.

Yes, it'll do fine. I highly recommend spending the extra for the 660ti power edition if at all possible. The performance is on par with the 670/680.
