So, as someone who's played with discario in more then just TF2 I can say he has his ups and downs. I've had some experiences that would make me not want to play with him but at the same time people do change so I say atleast give him a tryout the worst you can do is just tell em no :)

i played with discario last season and despite the minus frags and odd comments, he's a genuine, nice guy. his mechanics could use some tweaking but he has shown ability to change in the past so with direction im sure he'll be fine. he can be weird sometimes but hey, who isnt

yeah i played it with voice off so i didnt even know at the time but when i went to the stv to look for someone abusing a map bug or something (it was an early logjam pug) all i heard was deer pussy
