I thought it might be cool to have an app for your smartphone that kept track of the uber advantage, players, and other in game statistics that help your awareness.
Possible qualm about this idea-
Would this sort of "external app" from the game be considered cheating?
Its possible that you could be getting an unfair advantage by doing this, but iirc there are medics who use scripts to tell them that sort of information in the game.
I think this sort of thing would be useful in the long run of the game as new teams are new and learning the subtle things about the game can be difficult, but crucial, like keeping track of the uber cycles and who has an advantage.
What do you think? Anyone able to program this sort of app? It would probably be fairly complex considering it would have to read data that your computer streams to you. I've seen remote desktop apps that take over your screen and stream it to your phone so i'm sure something like this is entirely possible.

If someone really cared to write a program to keep track of ubers, it would be a hell of a lot easier to just have something that overlays on TF2, and resets when you press a hotkey.

Last time something remotely close to that was released (lopert's uber timer thing) ESEA instabanned it and half the medics were mad they wouldn't be in charge of gauging ubers anymore (well, mainly BUICK).
