I play normal tf2/dota 2 and it crashes to black screen only saying DVI no signal, have to manually restart, from the power button

The first problem is an issue with either your DVI cable, monitor, or video card. You'll need to isolate the problem by replacing each of those.
The second problem is definitely unrelated and probably a wifi connection issue. If you're on wired, that's a different story.
