Yo anyone got a default hud winpanel with the highest killstreak stuff?

1) Get a program called GCFScape
2) Open C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\tf2_misc_dir.vpk (or just Program Files on a 32-bit system)
3) Navigate to resource\ui
4) Extract winpanel.res

There you have it.
