Hi, I'm part of a team that's been together for three seasons; we've just finished our first season of open. As we work to improve our play, we have noticed that our communication and teamwork isn't where it needs to be, so I am looking for someone who can give some guidance not only to myself, but to the rest of our flank players as well.
