Cannot connect to any server

So I've ran into an issue today that's never happened before. I cannot connect to any server's, I keep getting the "disconnected after 4 retries" message. I've not changed any settings/CFG's since yesterday when it was working, and I've restarted/validated etc. Any idea's what could be causing this ?

Can you view any servers in the server browser, or if you try to look at a friend's game info through steam? If you can't do either of those (no server's showing up, just shows the IP of friend on steam instead of score and name of server etc.) then you're probably not sending/receiving UDP packets. The other thing I can think of is that the ports for tf2 (27015 usually) aren't open for your router.
Have you tried restarting your router?

if you can view servers through game info it's your antivirus
disable "stealth blocked ports" or something like that
