i dont really do anything differently. WASD to move. ctrl to crouch. space to jump. mousewheel and Q to switch weapons. F for voicechat. tab for scoreboard.

I'm a lefty too, I use arrow keys to move, numpad 2 for scoreboard, ? for jump, and right ctrl for crouch.

Arrow keys for movement
RCTRL for crouch
RSHFIFT for jump
delete for 'medic'
Everything else default because those other keys don't matter to me.

That's what i use, I'm a lefty.

UP = forward
DOWN = back
Right Shift = Strafe Left
KP_INS = Strafe right
CTRL = Crouch
Enter = Jump
KP_END = Next Weapon
DEL = Reload
Space = "MEDIC!"

I play lefty, those are my controls. I wouldnt advise using them, you will get funny looks at lan.

Woah there, the numpad is amazing. I do use IJKL if I'm playing an MMORPG or some sort of game where I want to hit all of my number keys, but for most games I'm able to bind everything on the numbpad and on my mouse.

I actually use stand keyboard layout w/ left hand on mouse, right on KB... it sucks, I'm just used to it... but I also play without a crosshair so don't listen to me. :p
