The deathcam gib text (e.g. "your liver!") is still present. You may want to remove that.

EDIT: Temporary fix for the huge box above.
Per-map basis, if your desired map isn't present just add it.
Save as viewed.res and put it into Steam\SteamApps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\media\

tf_english.txt mods, abbreviation system for compactness.
s=say t=team *-d=dead v=voice, spec chat is greyed out

when you are alive, team messages appear green and are very visible. this is particularly useful to see what your teammates put into chat i guess. you can also make their messages olive/team-colored.

[interestingly enough color codes sorta work in team messages to people who have this installed, prolly not worth it tho]

Spy!, Activate Charge!, and respawning notifications are green. Place in your program files/steam/steamapps/common/team fortress 2/tf/resource folder and make a backup of your old one

Old chatscheme.res for colors that I updated from Gamebanana ("TF2-skinned chat") ages ago. In basechat.res I changed the xpos and ypos of the hudchathistory to 0, and disabled the filter button because it's useless anyway. I also adjusted the values of the chat line to aline the say text with the chat text above and I stretched the wide value of it to fit the chat frame
