Hey guys, I seem to have some issues with my new mouse (Zowie MiCO).
It's a really weird situation. On the start-up screen of my computer the mouse works perfect. However as soon as I log in the mouse doesn't work. I have NO idea what is happening.
This mouse is advertised for being driver-free so I have no idea what it could be. Any ideas?

Contact support, and set up an RMA. I don't know what the problem is, but it sounds like either a hardware issue, or a windows issue to me.

If you have another mouse try plugging it in (make sure you know it works 100%) so then you can isolate the problem from being your pc or the mouse.
