ok so far what i know is green is everywhere. red comes from green and blue comes from red. now get this; there's PINK inside the blue. oh man. but wait, there's more. there's GREEN inside the PINK. if you move your mouse slow colors dont really shift but if you go to fast everything becomes chaotic BUT if you find the perfect speed you can make a COLOR HOSE. i've even managed to fill my screen with all blue: https://i.imgur.com/qPno5TA.jpg oh man, now i'm trying really hard to make everything pink.

it feels like it happens faster with higher fps (my second monitor maxes at 31 for some reason), is there anyway to control what fps it is rendered at?

nah, windows 7. I get 109 fps on my primary monitor 31 fps on my secondary. It's not really a problem, just interesting

yeah that is interesting, mine is capped at 60 for some reason. i'd like to play around with 144 fps.

wow that's so weird, i tried opening it in chrome instead of firfox and my fps was at ~100 but my cursor barely has an effect on the colors.

They probably don't take the framerate into their calculations, so the more frames that get rendered, the more often calculations get done and thus changes get made. Typically you try to factor the framerate into movement calculations so that someone running 30fps gets the same speed as someone with 120fps, the latter is just smoother.

while fullscreen, slowly move your mouse to the bottom of the screen and then flick upward a few times until you get a tidal wave of color.
