We are a casual, one day tournament taking place next Sunday, October 27th, starting around 3 PM EST. A variety of maps, both festive and competitive, will be played. While no prize will be given to the winner, the team with the most festive spirit will win 9 keys! (Festive spirit is evidenced by spooky loadouts and themed names).
Hurry, signups close on October 25th, so that teams can find out their schedule on October 26th. Feel free to post here if you have any questions.

We break them into groups, and do finals between groups. So you only truly "round robin" against 4 or so other teams.

So then, with the "themed names" thing, what are you referring to? Names as in item names, team names, player names, ect., because atm it's sort of unclear what that is referring to.

Player names, mostly - admins need to be able to see your "themed names".

I'll look into it - we're providing servers, and may use a custom config, but probably will use the CEVO whitelist or something similar.

Are you telling me a Halloween tourney for fun and no prizes should be serious?
Quite the opposite reaction from me, we played lakeside_event once, followed by barnblitz, Haunt, and some random map. Needs more event maps, lakeside_event was a blast, even though we rolled the other team.
I don't understand why people tried to take this seriously.
Edit: I'm hearing the tournament moderation was really bad from some teams.
