the concheror gives a speed boost on top of the health boost now.
that is to say, when you use a filled concheror charge, your team will not only be constantly healed, but it will be like you're hitting them w/ the disciplinary action.
it's still legal in 6s.

It's a good weapon now. I think it would only benefit on choke points or maps that are really tight that make it hard to roam around with gunboats (like steel)

You are unkillable for the duration of the buff. When I had buff it essentially was a free pick or 2
