He's good friends with my teams resident brazilian. Speaks English just fine, and has great DM. I'm not sure how his skill level transfers over to ESEA, but give him a tryout just to see.

though the highest division here is bad, this guy has been improving a lot
his dm is really good and his english seems to be good as well
if he gets used to the ping i think he could play on a high open team without any problems
