I don't remember the exact conversation, but it was roughly as follows.

Overseer: we have a slight advantage, we would have to get the medic now if we push, I don't think its worth the risk.

Ma3la: I'm mother fucken Ma3la, Im dabes, lets go, (2 seconds later) pocket down, Oh medic down, I killed shit, Tf2 2ez. (match over)

Something that may help get casters is to somewhere mention when a game is likely to be good and it isn't planned on being casted. Not everyone pays enough attention without a post to know if a game is missed, and as a result some people don't realize how much in demand a caster is.

Also make it super easy for anyone to get the stv. That way anyone can cast easily.
