They didn't ban flat textures, but they did ban JarateKings version of flat textures because it made props invisible. My version was made while I was talking to admins and fixed this https://github.com/palmtopangie/FlatTF2RGL

jarateking's version of flat texture is what i've been using but cool that you also made rgl compatible version of it

jarateking's version of flat texture is what i've been using but cool that you also made rgl compatible version of it
