There are so many good matches this week, and we have zero talk about it, man.

We have Cuake facing MGE is Law. Cuake is a favorite to win the div, and MGE is Law is beating a lot of contenders ever since they picked up Segamw.

We have Burger win(Millie Friend team power of friendship prevails) facing cuake in the same week only having 1 loss and than facing Ice Cream Wizards.

Than we have a fucking battle for the fourth and third seed with Aqueos facing Ice Cream Wizards and Nexus hoping to take the 4th or third seed.

With Nexus having almost a complete roster haul, bringing Miskyworks on demo and switching Slam to Soldier, making them a formidable threat despite the small amount of teams, it's looking like it might be a slugfest.

I'm not very professional in doing this, but I do hope to see more eyes on Main, as this looks to be a great season despite the small number of teams. Please do downfrag if you want more serious write-ups. :D

Farmers Market Fight Club beats MGE is Law to hand them their first loss in a 4-2 fashion.

Other div news

Aqueous loses to Nexus 2-4 in a slugfest but wins against Ice Cream Wizards 4-3, where Risemara leads the charge on sniper.

MGE is Law vs. Call it Cuake has been rescheduled to Friday.

Burger wins (Millie Friend team power of friendship prevails). Their friendship was not enough to overcome Call it Cuake or Ice Cream Wizards. They need some more filler episodes to build more friendship to win.

Since it is a small div, this season rematches are expected to be happening starting possibly as soon as Week 5.

In my opinion, these would be the most cinematic rematches to watch out for.

Rematches I THINK WOULD BE interesting to see Week 5 on Granary.

Call it Cuake vs Nexus.

Nexus had very little experience with their new roster when they played Cuake, so I just think it would be interesting due to the scout matchups looking pretty fun, as Ivan has been making a name for himself this season, dropping bombs every match.

Aqueous vs. MGE is Law

Aqueous has had 3 roster changes since facing MGE in Week 2 and losing 5-1. MGE is Law, and besides Cuake, it is one of the only few top teams that have managed to have a consistent roster. It could be a good match to watch due to it being Granary and everyone on Aqueous being old as shit except for Middle Aged Sanity. Comparing that to MGE is Law's pretty young (experience-wise) roster, with their only old head being Segamw.

Ice Cream Wizards vs. MGE is Law.

This is probably going to be the best rematch out of all the possible ones and the ones listed. The last time they played it was 3-4. Ice Cream Wizards led 3-1 before Cauchy arrived in the match and led the team to a 3-1 comeback in Week 1 Snakewater. Ice Cream Wizards have a lot of old people who have played Granary before in season, while MGE is Law players are still pretty new to the scene. It's basically an even matchup and could swing in honestly any team's favor. I would love to see this match be cast.

I try extremely hard to not leak any personal bias and I do this for fun as I genuinely have expressed interest in tftv writting before.

MAIN NEWS WEEK 4
Before we talk about the absolute peak rematches we have going on this week I think it is important to know what is going on around the main division starting off with mourning the death of the team The Great Bomb Foward as now main is left with 8 teams.
Roster Changes
I think this is important to go over as obviously the players on a team can make a break a season and sometimes decisions need to be made unfortunately.
Nexis
Multiple teams have had roster changes in just 4 weeks starting off with Nexis with cosmo stepping down from roamer and Nexis picking up miskyworks on demo and moving Slam to pocket and moving Gigos to roamer this team looks like an extremely real threat combined with their scouts Cornsauce and Ivan. This team is without a doubt 200% a contendor to possibly take down Cuake whenever they play them in their rematch to possibly hand cuake their first loss.

An IM move up team after they placed 2nd in IM currently 3-3 in main as squish decided to make some roster adjustments as they pick up Jayden on demo and cutting astro and picking up Draconic on roamer. Personally I always love seeing Burped play the video game so can not wait to see how this team does. I predict big things from this team in the future if its not this season its going to be next season.
Aqueous
The Young Sanity team has made over at least several roster changes in the span of 3 weeks maybe it is to cope with the fact of having a fat useless chud on their team. With the mutual department from prime due to IRL stuff they moved Tansome to medic, Zbra onto combo soldier, Sanity Roamer, and moved up Kots from sub to main putting him on combo scout. With now this team truly fitting the name Aqueous with a bunch of uncs on one team.

BIG MATCHES THIS WEEK REMATCHES HAVE ARRIVED IN WEEK 4
(Heading fourth I will most likely only be covering 1 match per team of what I think will be interesting as I am adding alot of extra stuff to this write up/news article trying to improve my writting. Unless a team has two back to back potential cinema matches)

As rematches have arrived earlier than expected meaning that viewers get to watch amazing matches even sooner. This week is going to massively affect seeding some of these matches in my opinion are do or die for playoff seeding/playoff hopes for some teams.
Nexis vs Ice Cream Wizards
The battle of the 2nd and 4th seed while this isn't a rematch it is definetly the highlight of this week in terms of match quality. These are two powerhouses in the div Nexis having a great win against Aqueous and Ice Cream wizards barely losing to the same team. It will definelty be interesting due to not only the scout match ups as both Aoki and Ivan are amazing scouts but,I personally think it is going to be alot of fun watching what Slam and Danmar pull out of their bag on soldier. If I could ask for any match to be casted this week and had to pick one it is without a doubt this one.

A:"They're a strong team, won't be an easy match."

A:"Playoffs? We talking about playoffs? Playoffs? I just hope we can win a game!!"

A:"Not much to say. I hope we win. I know Ivans really good + hes a friend of mine so I would really wanna beat him.Thats about it."
MGE is Law Vs Call it Cuake REMATCH
OH WOW A TOP REMATCH ALREADY AFTER LAST WEEK THEY JUST PLAYED EACH OTHER. After MGE is Law's upset loss against Farmer's Market Fight Club than proceeding to lose to Call it Cuake 4-0 the next match they fight Call it Cuake once again this time on 5CP. Call it Cuake last time they played running Coin on sniper on product to help lead his team to a victory against MGE is Law. Once again I still expect this to be a great match despite when these last two teams fought. Expect big things from both of these teams soldiers this match.

A:"We find it interesting to get rematched within a week and are curious to see how gully goes."

Burger win vs Nexis
This has potential to be cinema I consider burger win to be the dark horse in the div as they have shown in previous season that they can pick up steam at any moment with the power of friendship.However they need to start using said power of friendship if they want to hope to make playoffs to fully unleash.

A:""I hope we win,this team has very different dna to the old teams, no math no rumpus no loafe no steve no glue.I think gully could be good for us but, idk cus we havent really scrimmed it. Our team is gonna do a lot better at 5cp than koth if im honest, cus i dont rlly have dm anymore + we have some learners on their roles and koth is brutal for that."
Farmers Market Fight Club(FMF) vs Call it Cuake
It is extremely weird for me to put this match here but, I think it is note worthy as FMF has shown that when the chips fall into place that they can compete with a top team like MGE is Law. They have alot of veterans on their team like shoeshocker, big CK, and frupcup. Even with them being the last seed I see them putting up a round or two.

Q:"May I ask about what your teams thoughts are going into your match against Cuake this week?"
A:"Given the upset last week, I won't say we can't win this, but it will be an uphill battle for sure.
I look forward to the challenge, and I think my team feels the same way."
Q:"Do you feel as if your team has a bit more confidence in themselves showing that when the chips fall into the right place they can compete with a top team like MGE is Law?"
A:"I think getting that win gave us a huge boost of confidence, yeah. As far as I'm concerned, all the tools are there and always have been."
Aqueous vs fadedthanaho
For the last match I am going to cover.I am going to talk about we have a battle of bubble playoffs. These teams have faced each other in scrims previously exchanging rounds but, as previously mentioned both of these teams have experienced roster changes. It will be interesting seeing two unrefined teams go at it for a spot in playoffs. This match could be interesting due to the flank match up with Tec and Sanity against Squish and their new pickup Draconic,but knowing Sanity he will probably drop the mythical 40 death challange.

A:"We’re really excited I’d say. I think you guys have a stacked roster and I think it would be a lot of fun to see this as a limit test."
Q:"Do you guys have high hopes for this roster any expectations?"
A:"Yes, our medic and our demo were our biggest issues. Our med was lowkey just inexperienced and nooby and Astro is yk nooby as well lol. Without a doubt the new shuffles will shift us into a higher gear, but this week will test that."(I ASKED HIM IF HE WANTED THAT IN HE SAID YES)
Week 4 Main Takeaways
This week is going to be cruical for seeding as any other week is in such a small div. I think certain teams if they go flawless this week can start building their cushion for if they lose any other matches it won't affect their playoff hopes that much. See you all at the end of the week.

This week did not dissapoint at all its insane wish I could have released this sooner but, Im employed.

CALL IT CUAKE VS MGE IS LAW
THE MOOSE DISCIPLES OF MAIN HAVE TAKEN THEIR FIRST LOSS IN THEIR THRILLING REMATCH AGAINST MGE IS LAW. Cuake was up 3-1 but, MGE is Law came back and had a 4-3 lead when Cuake finally responded and, tried putting a halt to the massive amount of momentum MGE is Law had built but, it was too late, with Segamw dropping fucking 351, splash dropping 31 kills and 5 med picks, and cauchy dropping a calm 27. Mge is Law defeats Cuake 5-4 in week 4 in their rematch.This is probably one of the best main seasons I have ever seen in a long time.

I interviewed MGE is Law team leader Cauchy after the win.
Question:"Cauchy how does your team feel after giving Call it Cuake their first loss of the season after you guys lost to them 4-0 on product what do you think team wise changed and how do you guys plan to move foward?"
Answer:"My team thinks that the loss on product was just because it's a bad map for us, specifically the type of coordinated teamfights that product demands is what our team is bad at; working together in those situations. Team wise, we obviously are always improving as time goes on, but it was not some sudden improvement that allowed us to win, we were already close to the level we played this match on 5 cp maps in general. We know we diff every player in the division when it comes to individual dm, but our coordination on 5 cp maps allows us to utilize it. Moving forward, all we plan to do is improve: grinding mge, pugs, scrims, and getting reviews every day."

I also interviewed Call it Cuake team leader Behrooz after his team's very first loss.
Question:"After recieving the first loss after the season after last week you guys dominated MGE is Law what do you guys think changed from last time despite the gamemode and how is Call it Cuake going to bounce back?"
Answer:"Off day for some of us, we will be back"

Nexis vs Ice Cream Wizards
Nexis vs Ice Cream Wizards did not fucking dissapoint. They were going blow for blow in this match. Nexis drew first blood winning the first round but, Ice Cream Wizards quickly followed up winning the next two rounds with fucking Aoki getting 10 kills in round 3 in the span of 6 minutes. Nexis Quickly followed up with another round win through solid gameplay simply out playing Ice Cream Wizards. However, untamed unlocked take over badge in round 5 leading his team to the win over Nexis as 3-2 as Nexis falls to fifth seed. Ice Cream Wizards showing they can compete with any team does not matter who it is.

Ice Cream Wizards vs Call it Cauke

GOING into the match, most people would expect a powerful team, Cauke, to continue their dominance. They had spent the entire season sitting on top, beating every main team (except that fumble with MGE in Law). They had already proven that they could beat nearly everyone in Main. But… Ice Cream Wizards had other plans.

For FOUR rounds. FOUR it looked like Call it Cauke had complete control of the match, they were dictating the pace of the mids, winning the crucial fights, and looked well on their way to another victory. Then the first domino fell.

THE ICE CREAM WIZARDS had an opportunity, and they took it well. What looked like an easy lead on Cauke quickly became a switch. EVERY fight became harder, every push became messier, and Ice Cream Wizards continued building their way up. Cauke’s demoman was picked early in fights, and suddenly a team that looked all mighty and powerful A TEAM THAT LOOKED untouchable for FOUR ROUNDS was forced onto the back foot. Without their demoman controlling the space, the structure that held Cauke together fell apart.
