Autoexec not working with graphical commands

Hi all,

I've always had issues with graphics commands in my autoexec to the point where after I boot tf2 I have to run another config file that fixes my graphical settings. It doesn't matter what is in my autoexec, it always sets my game to max ultra settings. I have also tried using other graphics configs such as mastercomfig. I have a feeling that my graphics card software (might be geforce experience) is overriding whatever graphics settings I set when the game is booted, if anyone knows how to turn these settings off that would be amazing! I can't seem to set geforce experience so it doesn't mess with my graphics commands.

any help/suggestions are appreciated.
