The fix worked for me. I don't really understand what you mean "by breaking the borders completely after scrolling on the new skinned weapons".
I also had this problem, which I fixed. The thing is, this only happens after I add some of the extras on the hud foler. : http://imgur.com/BSDspcV
Hmm interesting, Are you using either 1.5.2 or 1.5.2Q that shouldn't be happening. Hi guys just to let you know that Valve has fixed the tournament scoreboard in the most recent update (23/07/15) I've confirmed this with the 1.5.2Q version.
Thanks Red, I'll add the override to the main release as well as the quickplay version asap.
Edit: Downloads are now available for both versions that include the override as standard for both.

1. A " -Avatar- Welcome Back, "Username", Where the credits are currently"(Not to disregard the creators it just would look better)

Glad the item panels have come in useful for the HUD guys. Dunno how I got it working the way it is but that's the mystery of HUD editing.
I wish so much that you guys would use GitHub for the HUD, seeing as it's been a joint effort between a few of you for quite a while. Merging updates together would be so much easier. I'd also love to see a submission to huds.tf, seeing as I don't think I'd ever gotten one.

Hey guys thanks for the feedback. Yeah it's true there hasn't been a lot of development on the 4:3 ratio for the HUD it has just been a case of the 16:9 working. If you are able to or want to could you make a new thread here and I'll try and look into when I can.

Hi Scruffington, I did update the HUD when the update came out to fix this make sure you're apart of the Steam Group to get the latest news and updates. Sorry for not getting back to you about MvM but basically MvM is a whole different area that needs updating as a whole so it will get looked at but I can't promise a fix anytime soon.

One minor tweak: change the spy's picture in the class selection screen to a knife or something (I always thought the backstab kill notification was pretty cool), the spy's face looks pretty wierd amongst the other icons lol. Alternatively just change it to the less defined more geometric spy emblem shown on scoreboards.
For some reason when I download the file and use 7zip to unzip it, I get a bunch of error messages and it does not extract the file properly.
