Demo smoothing is not working

Hey,

I've tried everything for now expect reinstalling tf2.
i renamed,removed all custom stuff, etc. they didnt help

Smoothing goes normally,untill i have to save it.
It doesnt save,but even the console says "done smoothing demo blabla"

If anyone founds solutions/fix for this,i really would appreciate it.
