You can't accurately predict that close of a gap.
I mean, it's intuition to try and estimate when you should shoot, but that kinda shot can't be skilled.

Luck as light said, too close to the gap too hard to predict, actual skill for a sniper headshot would consist of tracking.

It's skill when you see them coming through the glass and are able to predict when they pass the gap. However, it's pure luck when they come the other way.
