microstuttering in TF2 only

yo

i recently bought myself a new pc.
everything runs like butter on it, including tf2 but it constantly microstutters for like a whole second, sometimes to the point where i have to alt tab out because it almost seems like it has crashed.

only on TF2 do i encounter this problem.
i already tried a new config, reinstalling and verifying the cache.

specs:
rtx 4060
i7-13700kf
2x8 ddr5 ram

please help

Record a quick video of this happening with net_graph 4 - Someone might be able to tell what the problem is from that.

use hwinfo, check 'sensors' to see if cpu is overheating. That is what I would suspect.
also what type of drive do you have tf2 installed on?

i had this issue for years when i had tf2 installed on an extremely slow hard drive, do you have it installed on an ssd?

Netgraph says you dropped packets for a bit, maybe something to do with the "Intel 1225-v NIC stuttering" issue? What motherboard do you have?

i fixed the problem lol i just cleaned out my tf folder+config like 5 times in a row

if you have spotify open make sure that it's minimized in the background, for whatever reason when it updates what your friends are listening to it causes major stuttering only in tf2 for me
