First few seconds of the video, when you saw the combo coming in, you should have pressed S and not W

Also to take less damage from your sticky jumps, det at the peak of your jump. You wouldnt have cratered when you jumped to mid if you did a low damage sticky jump to the health pack

Also you should spam chokepoints when you're capping, not stickying the side of crate

Charge your stickies more during mid-range combat. 4-6 charged stickies that hit the enemy for 60-70 damage each are far more effective than unloading 8 rapid-fire stickies that deal 0-20 damage each.

It just takes a while to get that perception of how far your enemy is from you/how much you need to charge your sticky to do max damage. practice practice practice.

0:00 - don't +foward into an uber

0:40 - have a goal in mind on who you are going to sticky

1:20 - don't need to attempt the fast rollout if you cannot do it. You took so much damage you cratered at mid. (practice outside of scrims)

1:50 - enemy team capped mid. They have uber..huge momentum. If you barely get forward spawn, it means they are coming! Prepare youself and create some distance!

2:30 - again with the rollout...just do whatever jumps you can nail 100% of the time..don't practice what you can't do in scrims. I rather be 1-2 sec late to mid with good health rather than to be a little faster with 30 hp (especially on process where the 1st enemy sticky can essentially kill you)

3:05 - First few seconds on mid are good for you, but after you get the soldier pick up top, you seem kind of lost. Try to listen to see what is hurt or where your team is fighting at. Don't be idle!

4:10 - WTF? You keep screaming for "medic!" and you get some heals...then you immediately sticky jump like 5 feet away, take 100 more damage from it, and keep spamming medic. Relax!!! You don't need to Kaidus 24/7 and think you always have to jump somewhere...you can walk !

5:20 - Pushing in last, you guys totally have it. But then you are at 260hp buffed...sitting behind the point (baiting your scout) and letting the enemy demo destroy everything. You lost because you did not pressure the demo enough

I'm going to stop watching here at this point, but I can watch more later.

Things I notice-
1. Your rollouts need help. Process has kind of a tricky rollout for demomen, but do your best.
2. You are constantly trying to sticky jump for whatever reason and its just not working. You are not timing your dets right and you are jumping at very bizarre times. Just relax and sit with the combo and understand what the fuck is going on around you. You seem very quick to GOGOGOGO when you should just analyze and figure out "should I push?...should I run?"
3. You are super aggro when you have no health, yet extremely passive with a 260 buff. Switch that around!

All of that being said, you are doing some things right. I only point out the bad things for criticism but don't give up! Demomen have the toughest job "getting good" because you aren't just DMing 24/7...you really need to understand what is going on so you can position yourself correctly.

Good luck...sorry for the huge post and I guess in the future we can do this via PMs

edit: I understand this is a newbie mix so a lot of the mistakes could be ironed if you were playing with an actual scrim team. Playing demo in pugs/lobbies/mixes is generally not a good time
