Erratic all he does is get the domination markers and sit in spawn and spam chat

all he does is get the domination markers and sit in spawn and spam chat
since there's really no real way to get rid of the guy permanently, here's an easy solution:
hud_saytext_time 0
or if you feel the need to check the chat thing all the time:
bind "whatever key" "incrementvar hud_saytext_time 0 12 12"
you could also just mute him i doubt anyone wants to read anything he types
