I tried this config but didn't like it so I removed however after deleting it from my autoexec and reinstalling Steam and TF2, the config still takes affect on my game. Does anybody know how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

It's supposed to be a low graphics FPS boosting config.

Put

-autoconfig

in launch options.

Alternatively disable cloud syncing.
Library > Team Fortress 2 > Properties > Updates > Uncheck "Enable steam cloud syncronisation"

Put
-autoconfig
in launch options.

try renaming your entire cfg folder and then running autoconfig at the same time.
