Is there any way I can do that? Everything I've found so far doesn't allow me to do what I need.

I basically need to have my phone plugged in or whatever and if someone calls me on that phone (Nexus 5) I need to be able to answer it on my PC and use my headset microphone etc to take that call. Being able to call numbers also would be great but I'd imagine if it has one it'd have the other too.

It needs to use my phone/SIM because I have a contract with unlimited calls/texts I'd like to use.

If you could find something comparable to BlackBerry Blend for Android, that should work.

BlackBerry Blend is a great piece of software BlackBerry made, which allows you to check emails, send SMS, and sync files wirelessly. SMS and that stuff goes through your SIM.
