just delete your scripts/resource, and the original will be restored when you boot up tf2

of if you need to access the files themselves. you will need to download gcfscape, and then go into your steamapps/ folder, and open "team fortress 2 content" in gcfscape. then you can download all files inside of the resource or scripts folder.

If you're looking for the default TF2 HUD files, use GCFScape (http://nemesis.thewavelength.net/index.php?p=26) to open team fortress 2 content.gcf, and you'll find it in the tf folder.
