I want to convert my steam wallet money into paypal. Just like ddrsensation did a while back.

I will gift you any game you want, at 20% discount and you can send me the amount on paypal.

You can contact me here or on steam, if you have any more questions.

On first glance: gamers beware since this guy joined TF.TV today and is offering something fairly shady.

I'm unsure how this scam, if it is a scam, goes exactly, but basically you PayPal the discounted amount to this guy who has "Steam Wallet money" that is either 1) stolen in the form of a hijacked account or 2) simply fraudulent money in the first place. Either way, you'll likely end up getting fucked with the gifted game disappearing from your account and if they time their entire scam right getting your money back via PayPal will take quite a bit of time.

Dude, Please.

May I sell gift subscriptions?

Steam Gift Purchases can not be sold. Attempting to sell a gift subscription is a violation of the Steam Subscriber Agreement and may result in your account being permanently disabled. You can trade gifts using our new Steam Trading system and can read more about that here.

I just registered after reading ddrsensation's post. I've been looking to convert my balance for quite some time now. His post was the closest thing to a solution i could find. I can prove i'm legit by going first in the deal with the trusted members on this forum.

People do it all the time though, I've never seen anybody get banned for _buying_ gifts, only selling them.

Yeah I know, but he's kind of dumb for even trying to sell his entire backpack of gifts since he can lose them all after one sale

Nobody knows who you are, it's sketchy af. If you were a regular poster or a known player you would get no flak. Go to a trading forum or something

Interesting, this is a TF2 forum, and you appear to have zero hours in TF2. hmmm

I help friends get games/keys and stuff sometimes, but I mostly just deal with friends that I have known for a while.

You might have better luck finding someone that buys keys, and you can sell to them and go first (if they have good rep).

It might also be helpful to share how you got all your money in your steam wallet.... e.g. unboxed something and sold it on the market. Otherwise it looks a little shady.

I need the paypal balance because I can't top it up by any means from my country. My account is US based and was created with the help of a friend but I can't load any credit into it. Paypal has placed restrictions in Pakistan.

I've been through a lot of trading forums and been scammed several times for over a $100 now. The recent one being at dota2lounge. A guy offered me 70% paypal in exchange for my steam balance. He made me go first, buy one of his cheap items (Frozen mask in the picture) for the decided amount and then blocked me.

I had no intention of scamming here and I can understand why no one would trust me here. So, I'll look for another way to solve my problem.
