Hey,

I've a problem with a demo that i want to record. When i record it there are no ragdolls cause i had them turned off when i played that match. I've tried the binds from lawena and the binds from tf2. Does anyone know how to fix this?

When you watch a pov demo you are basically executing the config the person used in that game, because lots of people have messy configs, those can override lawena settings, this is stuff that happens a lot, try to use my Full config lock I posted in my moviemaking pack and it should hopefully prevent that.

thanks for the quick response! Where do i need to put that "full config lock"? Just at my tf folder or somewhere else?

It's made to be usable with lawena, if you use my entire recording configs you just need to overwrite lawena original configs with those, otherwise copy the configlock.cfg only and before you open a demo when recording exec it.

you should restart the game after you run that config because it aliases pretty much all cvars as "" (blank).

You shouldn't use the same configs for playing and recording anyway so that shouldn't be a problem

Keep all your configs backed up at all times tho if any problem arises
