i actually like that they enlarged the video player and made it easier to see the channels you're following... the chat seems to fit the page a lot better as well

youtube doesn't even have that layout for me anymore :(

Lansky: Yeah, I like how it all fits on my monitor now. I wonder if it's only doing that because of my hidden taskbar or if it conforms to the window.

I think the default player is now the same size as tf.tv, not sure though.

Edit: Unless I can't find the option, backgrounds and the banners at the top of the page are gone.

Starry: I was saying youtube always changes its layout, and IIRC Twitch fairly recently made minor changes to its design.

Yea this is definitely a good move. I love the look of this.

also fun fact: you can collapse either of those side panels to make the screen even bigger. and people probably won't have to show chat on their streams anymore.

The dynamically sized screen and collapsible sidebars are amazing.

IMO this change made it a lot less like YouTube... A lot less customization though...

There's no HTML support for descriptions anymore? That's a bit of a shame, I had mine nicely worked out :(

I'm sure I'll figure a way around it, other than that it's looking pretty good.
