So I am new to hud crosshairs. I know how to customize them and all that but only for the huds that already have them in their "hudlayout." An example is broesel hud. I am obsessed with the outdated oxide hud but I cant seem to get a hud crosshair working for it. Any help?

If you could upload your clientscheme.res and hudlayout.res that would help a lot

Two things you can do.

A. There is a nice updated form of OxideHUD called BladeHUD with updated crosshairs. I've used it for a while until recently and I've loved the minimal qualities that the maker brought over from OxideHUD. http://code.google.com/p/bladehud/ there is the link for it.

B. Follow this guide by rays (not by me). He explains how to transfer HUD crosshairs from one HUD to another. https://dl.dropbox.com/u/19762650/importingxhairstf2.jpg

I hope this helps!
