However I believe the three other teams could all use your support, so please if you were holding on to any donation money for our LAN fund, send it to LG, spacewhales, or chess club to ensure we have a 4 team LAN. If you REALLY want to support us, please donate to the ongoing chipin to pay Salamancer back for his costs for i46.

I think the i46 chipin has closed, so the best way to contribute to eXtv is probably to donate to the other teams like Platinum is saying. Make Dallas a LAN worth covering for them with a full ticket of attendees.

But Chess Club has had their goal met and Spacewhales hasn't (their goal is much higher but even if it was the same as the chess club they still wouldn't be there yet).

I remember a day when pyoour received a bunch of high ranked unusual hats from nNn's manager. He said he'd probably cash out and help the comm, idk if he already did and paid sal back for i46 with it, but in case he didn't he could help spacewhales getting to lan

just curious but have LG spacewhales or chess club considered getting jobs so they can pay for things that they want to do in their life, i'm just throwin ideas at the wall and seein what sticks here

As much as I think the community should contribute I don't know if teams should be asking for financial aid every LAN. I understand flights and hotels cost money and sometimes money isn't there but doesn't it seem odd that we're always depending on the community to send teams to LAN? That being said, I'll probably chip in a couple bucks anyway.

nNn manager gave no hats, he asked for one.
A friend of Buick donated 5 hats, 2 have been sold for items and buds for Sal.
The last three hats are harder to sell. And will be given to Sal in either cash or items.

I don't see the point in competitive LANs that don't pay for themselves.
Spending $250 a day per player just so 6 guys can win $800 seems a bit anti-climactic.

Even if TF2 was in every gaming league on the planet, we still wouldn't be able to afford LANs. There just simply aren't enough spectators. Biggest TF2 LAN ever barely topped amateur dota2 pub streams.
