I'm using x360ce so I can play DS with my Steelseries 3G controller. There are two problems I'm having with the configuration that hopefully someone can help me fix.

First problem is that the front and back shoulder buttons are reversed. So the front left button is recognized as the back left button. This is the same for the right buttons.

Second problem is the right analog stick. For some reason pressing up is recognized as pressing left and pressing down is recognized as pressing right.

I've tried to remap these within the program, but nothing changes.

pls help

I also tried using a steelseries controller with this, same kind you have. As it turns out, the controller is just garbage and cannot be used to play darksouls as far as i can tell. I switched to a ps3 controller emulated as an xbox controller and it worked fine.

maybe we both have bad controllers but, i could play other games just fine with it. only dark souls has these fucked up problems where the analog stick was registering different directions.

I was able to use this controller for PCSX2 perfectly fine. It doesn't seem to want to emulate an Xbox controller regularly though.

I was able to fix the analog stick problem by using MotioninJoy and reversing where Y+/- and X+/- are on the right analog. Now I don't have a problem with that. The shoulder buttons are still reversed though, but that's not too bad.

Off topic, but how do I kick with a controller? Read the message, but it didn't work or I was doing it wrong.
