Can you guys help me to get the exact same damage numbers for my knhud ?

in your hud go to resource/ui/huddamageaccount.res

and in the first section, change the font to "HudFontMediumSmall" and fgcolor to "255 255 255 255" (rgba)

Check clientscheme.res for installed TF2 default fonts and use them in huddamageaccount.res, shouldn't be too hard to find.
