Elenamorning is a godawful head admin of #tf2.mix.nahl, and it is a disgrace that she continues to run the channel. She is a bully who abuses her power and doesn't care about the opinions of others, even her own admin team. She should be replaced by someone with a smaller ego who's actually knowledgeable about the tf2 community at large, and a system of checks and balances should exist so that the head admin can't abuse her power with impunity.
Why am I so emphatic about this, you may ask? Well, let me tell you a story.

Elena's pug channel was created because a steel spy LOLRyan couldn't get picked in the main pug channel so she created a pug channel to cater to lower level players. Over time this channel killed the main pug channel so the only place to turn to for HL pugs is her channel. The only issue is that she runs it like a Nazi regime because of her underlying powerhungry psychological issues. While trying to point out a new feature that was implemented (random mode) was hurting the pug channel by causing it to not start this conversation ensued.
