I'm about to build my new computer and I was wondering how to transfer all these files to a brand new WD 2TB Hard Drive.

Copy them over. You can google super easy questions like these. Either upload your files or get the drive out your macbook / get a external adapter so you can convert the sata to usb then you can plug in your WD drive to paste the files to.

If the macbook has an ESATA port, that's your best option. After that, USB 3.0/2.0, using an external site will probably complicate things more than you want, especially if you have a lot of stuff to move.

The easiest way would be to share the data on the Macbook and copy it to Windows over ethernet, seeing how Windows and OS X can't natively write to the others file systems. (NTFS and HFS+ respectively).
