albaI must say in all the things that has been negative like communication etc you've done a really good job with scheduling. Last year svift antic and lowpander had to get up early as fuck to play some matches. This year every team gets a good sleep and warmup before the lowebracket final. And i wont be hungover while watching the finals yayyy

Not sure if the other teams up for qualifiers are in a similar position but our availability will make it hard to schedule this considering only now we know what's going on and the dates still aren't fixed.
In the remaining 12 days until lan, we have tomorrow and the next day where we will be playing with 1 merc, beyond that it's likely we will need at least 2 mercs on any given day. Are there any rules we should be aware of for using mercs? All I can see in the tournament rules is concerned with substitutes for lan itself and that there's a max of 2, which makes sense for offline play, but if we need to play with 3 mercs would there be issues with that?
There's a difference between isolated incidents where an individual says something offensive, where it can be hard to decide on the right repercussions if any at all, and then there's recurring offenders which should be dealt with much more harshly. If someone has demonstrated that they will do or say harmful things on more than one occasion, a zero tolerance policy makes sense to me.
I shouldn't ever have to think "I'm glad idiots x y and z aren't coming to lan" because lan is where this community's members engage with each other the most, and if there's any feeling of apprehension about individuals being a part of the community at it's most inclusive time, why would we accept that elsewhere?
I'm not ecstatic about wanting certain people to be excluded but there's just a limit to how much shitty behavior I can witness in a person before I stop giving them the time of day.
