Has anyone got a VOD of this happening successfully? I want to show a lower div team this strat in action so they realise what everyone's job is but I've looked through quite a lot of VODs and can't find one :(

If someone remembers a casted match where it happened that'd be awesome, any map but snakewater is preferred and if it uses a heavy as well that'd be sick.

Everyone's job consists of:
1. Get the medic (to pop)
2. Kill/damage everything else if their medic goes down

I mean, you can maybe have the demo half-commit to it, but that just increases the risk that he doesn't spawn with the rest of the people who died.

I know the jobs of everyone, and I've explained it fully to them. I just thought it'd be nice for them to see a top level team pull it off.

EDIT: and actually I don't think you know what I mean. I mean where 3 of the attacking team bomb in to force uber and then the med + 1 backs off to a heavy on 2nd and waits for spawners to repush with uber.

You don't have to use a heavy.

At season 10 ESEA LAN, I think it was, Mix^ simply used their pocket and medic on snakewater, and then again on gullywash at some point.

You can use a heavy if you want.

You can also use the 2-3 man sack on certain maps just as a method of dropping their med's uber (the drop on Shrew by dummy as a prime example). It's particularly effective when the enemy has turtled up so much that they can't push even if they wanted to.

During season 9 on The Experiment I wanted to do a 4 man suicide. Mostly becuase Snakewater's spawn for "2 -> Last" is super quick for the offense and perfect filter into the 2nd point. ex. guys would not go for it. "Its just the same as suiciding 1 person"

Next season on Flow we were into trying wacky stuff. So on Snakewater I convinced the guys to suicide everyone on last except for Pocket and Medic. The results were amazing. We literally never lost a fight or last push when using the 4 person suicide.

The initial responses to our 4 man suicide was the enemy moving out too quick and too clumped up, so we would just walk on 2 point, Soldier/Medic and uber into 4-5 of them. Our respawns would come and instagib them. And of course there is the possibility of when you jumped 4 people into last that you kill 4 of them or drop the medic.

Next season on Mixup, the 4 man suicide was being countered so we evolved the bomb to have three variations that would further exploit Snakewater respawns and fuck with people heads (which is really the most important thing).

It seems teams are experimenting with all different types of bombs with varying numbers now, which I think is real cool.

We prefer to do this with the pocket (rather than heavy) staying back so the timing doesn't tip them off.

Sideshowand if it uses a heavy as well that'd be sick.

This is from warmfront second to mid, but it does use a heavy.
