I found the issue and it comes from me being on dxlevel 80/81. Setting it dxlevel 90 fixed it.

HELP Vaccinator Resistance Icons way Above Players

Q/A Help
The vaccinator's resistance icons appear way above players, like this, which can lead to me not knowing what the resistance of the enemy is in a low ceiling area, like this, while fighting. I've tried looking up solutions, but I couldn't find anything about it. It's really annoying.
EDIT: I have found a solution to it and it's to be on dxlevel 90
