thinkIs this not working for anyone else? It's worked for me for a long time, and then today it all of the sudden doesn't.
I've changed nothing in my setup so I wonder if Valve broke something.
It seems to load successfully according to console, I just can't get the outlines to come on despite having glow_outline_effect_enable 1 set.
Valve banned most plugins that required -insecure to work.
